I’m Nina, an accredited Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist (BHSc) and CrossFit trainer, specialising in sports and performance nutrition, disordered eating and plant based diets! 🌱🏋🏼♀️🍉
I developed my passion for nutrition after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and participating in competitive sport, but this passion took a downward spiral and led to a long battle with an eating disorder.
I now work with people all over the world as a nutritionist and coach, with the aim to EDUCATE, SUPPORT and EMPOWER you in learning to fuel your body best, optimise your performance (both in training and every day life!), achieve your nutrition and health goals and find a healthy balance with food.
I place a strong emphasis on evidence-based, fad-free and realistic nutrition, highlighting the fact from fiction, and working WITH your body rather than against it 🤝🏼

Terms of Service
Nina Gelbke
Accredited Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist
Minimum term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 1 week
You must give a 1 week notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 1 week notice period must be settled in full.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Nina Gelbke. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Nina Gelbke for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Nina Gelbke from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Nina Gelbke involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

$65.00 / week
One-on-one individualised coaching to optimise your fuelling game for your personal goals and training, and build a healthy and positive mindset around food.
Receive the tools, support and accountability to fuel and nourish your body best and feel confident and empowered with your nutrition!❤️🔥
What this includes:
🍌 A personalised nutrition plan created to your specific needs and goals, including recipes, portion guides and if relevant, can include macro targets or portion guidance.
📞 Monthly call (via zoom or phone) to meet face to face and talk through how you are going and problem solve any barriers you are facing!
📚Resources, education and practical guides relevant to you!
🍉Weekly online check-ins to reflect on progress and receive support and feedback each week.
🍔Recipe database. A big collection of recipes that are easy, balanced and delicious. Suited to your individual needs and eating preferences with new recipes added ongoing!
💌Messaging throughout the week, for asking questions, feedback on meals and support. Basically, a nutritionist in your pocket at ALL times that you have access to whenever you need to support you!
🏋🏼♀️Competition/Event Day specific nutrition guidance and tailored plans to perform your best.
💟Minimum 12 weeks commitment contract. This is no quick fix, but making long lasting changes and building sustainable habits to keep with you. After the initial 12 week coaching period, you may choose to cancel at any time.

🍌 Initial Nutrition Consultation

A 45 minute 1:1 consultation via Zoom, to assess your current nutrition, get to know your individual goals, needs and challenges with food, and receive support, advice and evidence-based education on how to better fuel your body, improve your performance and health, and build a more positive mindset and relationship with food!
You'll receive:
🍉A detailed individualised nutrition plan tailored towards your goals, needs, and preferences. Including training nutrition preferences, as well as easy meal and snack ideas.
😌Knowledge on how to eat to nourish, fuel and support your body, improve recovery and optimise your performance, both in training and daily life!
🫶🏼Guidance and support to help you build a more positive relationship with your food, exercise and your body.
📚Learn how to build healthy habits and tools to feel empowered with your nutrition, that are realistic, enjoyable and sustainable in the long run!
