Hi, I’m Troy! I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 16 years now, but my journey started way earlier—training myself as a teenager and falling in love with the process. Over the years, I’ve worked at more than 30 big box gyms across Australia and Canada, mostly in management roles. But what really lights me up is helping people one-on-one, guiding them to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin. These days, I focus on personal training and also work with NHFA to help train up new fitness professionals getting started in the industry. When I’m not in the gym, I’m probably playing footy, hanging outdoors with mates or family, and doing my best to stay fit, happy, and balanced.
