Minimum term is 6 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 6 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 6 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Pause notice period is 3 days
You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Chris MacCabe & Susan McPhillamy. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Chris MacCabe & Susan McPhillamy for review.
