Terms of Service

Online Fitness Coach

Minimum term is 12 weeks

The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

Pause notice period is 3 days

You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.

Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of JamieLee Verster. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to JamieLee Verster for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release JamieLee Verster from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by JamieLee Verster involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with JamieLee Verster, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by JamieLee Verster

1:1 Online Coaching

$65.00 / week

This isn’t a cookie-cutter program—it’s a personalised coaching experience built around you. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve body composition, boost performance, or finally develop consistency with training and nutrition, this service is designed to support you every step of the way. What’s included: • Personalised training program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level • Weekly check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you accountable • A custom calories and macros aligned with your goals, and training demands. • Access to the JustFitJamie coaching app for easy tracking, video demos, and resources • Ongoing support, education, and mindset coaching to help you create long-term results This is for you if you’re ready to commit, put in the work, and finally feel proud of the person you see in the mirror—inside and out.
