I am a sports physiotherapist with over 19 years of experience. I have gained extensive experience in athlete injury management, biomechanical retraining and exercise-based rehabilitation through many years of work in New Zealand, Doha, South Australia and Melbourne. I currently consult as a physiotherapist in a busy sports medicine clinic in Melbourne. My special interests are running and strength training. I have spent decades helping athletes get back to peak performance from injuries. In doing so, I have developed individual tailored, sustainable and easy to follow strength programs for people of all abilities who want to improve their strength/running performance whilst minimising the risks of injury. I offer individualised programs as well as tailored strength programming.
