First Time In Person Consultation/ PT session

A one off in person consultation session at City Fitness (approx 90 minutes) - Starting with a conversation around your goals, motivations, exercise history, injuries, lifestyle etc. - A movement analysis getting you to perform some basic movements to see your overall ability and asses strengths and weaknesses. - Some exercises as we would do in a PT session specific towards your goals and abilities. - A chat at the end to recap and discuss a plan going forward to help you on your fitness journey.
