200kg Bench Press Program

The exact program (with a few tiny tweaks) I used to bench 200kg at 105kg bodyweight. It is a 5 day PPL UL program. It has competition bench press built into the upper days. There are no competition squats or deadlifts programmed, just lower body hypertrophy.
