A fully customised 12-week training program designed to match your goals, experience level, and training environment.
This one-off plan gives you long-term structure and confidence in your training without the need for ongoing coaching.
What’s included:

✅ Exercise video demos and clear instructions
✅ two check-ins and adjustment round included specifically for form and technique
Recommended that after the 10 weeks you repurchase for an updated program with changes made based on feedback, progress, goals etc.

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Pause notice period is 3 days
You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Alicia Walker. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Alicia Walker for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Alicia Walker from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Alicia Walker involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Alicia Walker, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Alicia Walker
