Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Danielle Daish. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Danielle Daish for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Danielle Daish from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Danielle Daish involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
