Cancellation notice is 2 weeks

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Axis Runaway Bay Adults from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Axis Runaway Bay Adults involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Axis Runaway Bay Adults, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Axis Runaway Bay Adults

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Axis Runaway Bay Adults. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Axis Runaway Bay Adults for review.
