A 16 week training plan customised and designed to your fitness goals, alongside any limitations you may have yourself or the equipment available to you.
This will all be done through my training app with video tutorials on the movements and also sets,reps and Rest time allocated to ensure you get the most out of your workouts.
All information on periodisation on progressing each week. All sets, reps and intensifying techniques alongside all movements. Including structured de-loads. With technique analysis.
