The commitment period for this service is 8 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 8 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Lauren Mattick. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Lauren Mattick for review.
