This 7-day meal plan is designed to give you a general framework of nutritious and delicious meals for a typical week. It provides a structured guide to help you plan your meals with confidence and ensure a balanced intake of essential nutrients. Every single meal notes the calories and macros to make it easy for anyone who needs to track.
All of the main recipes provide 4 servings to cater for your partners/families who you might cook for as well, or if you prefer to meal prep larger batches. If you would like to only cook one batch for yourself, just halve the ingredients! This plan is made up of all NEW lunch and dinner recipes with a few favourite snacks and breakfasts from my recipe library added in.
Please note the serving sizes are a guide only and not personalised. If required, you can make changes to the recipes to cater to your own preferences.
