Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Amy Campbell. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Amy Campbell for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Amy Campbell from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Amy Campbell involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Amy Campbell, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Amy Campbell

Once off Macros

I will work out your macros for you. I will give you your maintenance calories and your deficit calories. I will send you a a little questionnaire and you should have your macro and calories spilt in 3 business days
