This subscription is perfect for those not wanting to spend all their time lifting weights or are training for a HYROX event.

Hyrox Casual

There are two casual sessions available to book ( you must book on the app which you will receive in a seperate email to this)

The open sessions run at

- Tuesday 6:30pm
- Saturday 7am

These sessions are catered for all fitness levels , from those who want to try Hyrox to those leading into a competition. This session will be scaled for all levels and you will be put with people with similar levels of fitness to ensure you get the most out of your training.

The competitors session is primarily made up of those who are going to worlds, competed already or have a serious background in their training. In these sessions you have the task and you compete the task.
