Includes a 15min phone consultation to get to know your specific needs, injuries, goals and KPI’s. Gym, home and/or outdoor program physical program tailored to your needs/goals. Whether it’s strength, endurance, overall toning, performance, what ever it may be. I will write a specific program tailored to you, that comes with education on why certain exercises are performed before others to optimise results. Programs include the importance of rest and recover to reduce risk of injury. Recommend changing programs every 4 weeks as our bodies start to plateau in the 3-4 week. Drastically changing the programs every not only keeps you motivated, but keeps the body changing, strengthen & improving.
