Join our Resistance Training Group Class to build strength, improve muscle tone, and boost confidence in a supportive group environment.
This session combines functional movements with weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises to target all major muscle groups. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, each workout is designed to challenge you at your own level with options to modify or progress.
Expect a mix of strength circuits, core work, and mobility to help you feel stronger and more energised with every session.
All fitness levels welcome – no experience needed!
