Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of The Flex Fit Academy. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to The Flex Fit Academy for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release The Flex Fit Academy from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by The Flex Fit Academy involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with The Flex Fit Academy, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by The Flex Fit Academy
