Hyrox Training Program! This periodised Hyrox program is designed to elevate your performance by building aerobic capacity, strength, strength endurance, and aerobic power (running speed). Whether you’re preparing for your first race or aiming to beat your previous time, this program adapts to your goals and experience level. You’ll tackle 5-9 sessions per week, with the volume and intensity tailored to match the training objectives of each phase. Expect a structured approach that balances progress with recovery, pushing you to become race-ready while improving every aspect of your fitness. Let’s take your Hyrox performance to the next level!
