Terms of Service

Hayley Harry-Nunan

Personal Trainer

Minimum term is 8 weeks

The commitment period for this service is 8 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 8 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

Pause notice period is 7 days

You are required to give pause notice at least 7 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 7 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.

Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Hayley Harry-Nunan. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Hayley Harry-Nunan for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Hayley Harry-Nunan from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Hayley Harry-Nunan involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Hayley Harry-Nunan, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Hayley Harry-Nunan
