Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Riley O’Rourke. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Riley O’Rourke for review.

You agree to release Riley O’Rourke from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Riley O’Rourke involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Riley O’Rourke, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Riley O’Rourke

For a more comprehensive coaching experience with ongoing support, consider our hybrid or online coaching options above. ✖️No extra support beyond scheduled sessions. ✔️Access to our Private FWR Facebook Group is included, offering a platform for sharing and celebrating progress with a community of like-minded women. ❗️NOTE: No gym membership is required. Casual visits are $20, making it more affordable to sign up if seeking long-term coaching. Located at World Gym Hervey Bay.
