Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Yarra Valley Golf Studio. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Yarra Valley Golf Studio for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Yarra Valley Golf Studio from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Yarra Valley Golf Studio involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Yarra Valley Golf Studio, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Yarra Valley Golf Studio
