Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Imogen Harris. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Imogen Harris for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Imogen Harris from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Imogen Harris involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
