Hi, I'm Yara — a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) and Sports Nutritionist (SENR)⚡️ With a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Biology, I’m dedicated to empowering my clients through education, believing that knowledge is the foundation of healthier choices in both nutrition and lifestyle. I aim to help active individuals reach their goals—whether it’s optimizing performance for a specific goal or learning how to build a balanced, lasting relationship with food that complements their training. My approach focuses on guiding clients toward sustainable changes, free from the cycle of fad diets, and on cultivating a “normal” way of eating, enhanced with tailored nutrition, hydration, and supplementation advice. I think that many people underestimate the power of food. In a society that tells us that more training and less food is ‘healthier,’ I’m passionate about showing clients how fueling well transforms how we feel and perform, both in the gym and in everyday life.
