Minimum term is 8 weeks

The commitment period for this service is 8 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 8 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Ell Sugden. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Ell Sugden for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Ell Sugden from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Ell Sugden involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Ell Sugden, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Ell Sugden
