Here’s what we’ll cover:
👠 WORKSHOP #1: THE FOUNDATIONS OF POSING FOR NBA:
• What to expect and how the day will flow
• Judging criteria and posing comparison structure + building into mandatories for all NBA model categories.
• Endurance tips for core control, mobility, and breath work to facilitate stronger posing.
👠 WORKSHOP #2: PERFECTING TRANSITIONS AND PERFORMANCE HACKS:
• Smooth and confident ¼ and ½ turn transitions for comparisons.
• Tips for moving on stage, swapping positions, and staying calm under pressure.
• Performance hacks to handle the unexpected with confidence.
👠 WORKSHOP #3: MASTER THE NBA I-WALK
• The NBA I-Walk structure - including walking tips and tricks - to help you embrace the stage with confidence.
• Planning your routine poses with expert guidance.
• Mock stage practice opportunities to blend everything you’ve learned.
