First off, thank you for trusting me to help you begin or take your fitness and health journey to the next level. My name is Dee. A little background on me and my fitness journey: I grew up with active lifestyle, playing outdoors and sports in school as well as college. Summer of 2022, I got in the best shape I had been in a while, and was always asked "what am I training for?" I always answered that I do it for myself. Until December of 2022, when I signed up for my first fitness competition prep with the WBFF. In April of 2023, I placed 2nd in Bikini Category (my first show ever) as well as gained my Pro status. That same year in August, I went to WBFF Worlds held in Las Vegas, where I competed against the best of the best placing 5th in Bikini category. In December of 2023, I then competed at my 3rd show, WBFF AC Competition, where I placed 1st and won the title of Miss Bikini USA. Fast forward to August of 2024, where I competed at WBFF Worlds Miami 2024 and Won the Title of Miss Fitness Champion!
