Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Domenica Jaramillo. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Domenica Jaramillo for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Domenica Jaramillo from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Domenica Jaramillo involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Domenica Jaramillo, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Domenica Jaramillo
