Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Embracewithoutguilt. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Embracewithoutguilt for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Embracewithoutguilt from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Embracewithoutguilt involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Embracewithoutguilt, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Embracewithoutguilt
Business Coaching Terms
The client understands and accepts that the results of the business coaching program depend entirely on their own activity, dedication, accountability, and circumstances. The seller does not guarantee any specific financial results, including but not limited to the highest previously achieved result of €10,000 per month, nor can the seller predict if or when such results may occur. The client agrees to pay the monthly coaching fee no later than seven (7) days before the current month’s coaching period ends. Failure to make payment on time, or failure to inform the seller of their intention not to continue, gives the seller the right to end the collaboration immediately. No refunds will be provided for payments already made. If the client keeps sending messages out of the working hours, the provider is obligated to end the coaching services due to no shown respect. The client further agrees to attend all scheduled monthly coaching calls. In the case of weekly coaching calls via Zoom, the client must notify the seller at least five (5) days before the scheduled date if they are unable to attend. The seller reserves the right to end the collaboration if the client repeatedly fails to attend sessions without proper notice. The client accepts that if he doesnt send his weekly reports ( a summary in a Word document) untill noon the day before coaching call is scheduled - that automatically means that the coaching terms are not being followed and that the collaboration ends immediately.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
By purchasing the UGC Coaching program with Embrace Without Guilt, you agree to keep all materials, strategies, methods, and information shared during the coaching sessions strictly confidential. You may not copy, share, distribute, or teach any part of the coaching content — including templates, resources, or insights — to any third party, whether for personal, educational, or commercial use. All coaching materials and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Embrace Without Guilt and are provided solely for your personal development. Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
Consent for Use of Work and Progress in Brand Promotion
By purchasing the UGC Coaching program with Embrace Without Guilt, you agree that your submitted work, progress, and testimonials (including text, visuals, or videos created during the coaching process) may be used by Embrace Without Guilt for promotional and educational purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Embrace Without Guilt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote it as part of the brand’s promotional activities.

Clients are advised to consult with a qualified professional before implementing any recommendations. The client understands and agrees that this e-book may be modified, updated, or discontinued at the sole discretion of the seller. If the product is updated, the client accepts that they must purchase the updated version separately should they wish to access it.
