Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by BIG CHOCKY & MAC COACHING
