Terms of Service

Coaching with Nadine

Your health & wellness bestie ⚡️👑💕

Minimum term is 12 weeks

The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Coaching with Nadine. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Coaching with Nadine for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Coaching with Nadine from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Coaching with Nadine involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Coaching with Nadine, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Coaching with Nadine

Cancellations welcome after the minimum commitment period with two weeks notice.
