Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by MUSCLE IN YOUR 30s

FUNCTIONAL BLOOD REVIEW, REPORT & PLAN

Get clarity on what your blood work is really telling you — beyond the standard “you’re in range” feedback. This service includes a comprehensive functional analysis of your blood results using optimal ranges to uncover subclinical imbalances before they become bigger issues. You’ll receive a detailed written report explaining what each marker means for your health, along with a customised action plan tailored to your goals. This includes targeted nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support your body’s needs. Before testing, you’ll complete a detailed intake form so I can recommend exactly which blood markers to request based on your unique symptoms and goals. All blood tests are arranged by your coach & paid for by you.
