Girls Club is the safest way for women to learn the gym, build strength, and feel confident training in Hamilton.
This membership is built for women who want structure, real coaching, and an environment that doesn’t feel intimidating. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to know what you’re doing yet. You just need to show up.
Girls Club is about learning proper technique, building strength progressively, and training in a space where you’re supported by both your coach and the women around you.
What’s Included:
• Coached strength sessions Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 6am or 6pm
• Structured strength and hypertrophy programming
• Full access to the Inner You training app
• Monthly coaching check-ins
• Two additional solo training sessions delivered through the app
• Structured 4-week training blocks with progress testing every 12–16 weeks
• Daily Key-tag access to the studio (5am-10pm Monday to Sunday)
• A supportive community of like-minded women
