Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Joanna Edwards. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Joanna Edwards for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Joanna Edwards from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Joanna Edwards involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Joanna Edwards, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Joanna Edwards
