Minimum term is 2 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 2 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 2 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Pause notice period is 3 days
You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸 for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸 from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸 involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Fitwithoutguilt & High Income Babes 💸
