Studio C and Co
Hair Salon
Minimum term is 1 year
The commitment period for this service is 1 year. If you wish to cancel before the 1 year period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 4 weeks
You must give a 4 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 4 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Studio C and Co. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Studio C and Co for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Studio C and Co from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Studio C and Co involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Studio C and Co, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Studio C and Co

This membership is a 12-month agreement with a 60-day cancellation notice. If cancelled early, you may be required to pay for services received at full price or up to 100% of the remaining balance.
