Terms of Service
ENVY SOCIAL & CO.
BUSINESS & SOCIAL MEDIA COACHING
Minimum term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of ENVY SOCIAL & CO.. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to ENVY SOCIAL & CO. for review.
Socials VIP Platinum
$149.00 AUD / week
Please note; ALL cancellations or pauses are to be given via email to be processed.
