HSPU Capacity Program If you already have handstand push ups but want to perform more reps, recover faster between sets, and feel confident when they show up in workouts, this program is for you. The HSPU Capacity Program is designed to increase your volume tolerance through structured progressions that develop pressing endurance, shoulder stamina, efficiency, and consistency. Rather than simply chasing max reps, you’ll build the capacity to maintain quality movement under fatigue so you can perform when it counts. Whether your goal is to go from 5 unbroken to 15+, dominate Open workouts, or eliminate HSPUs as a weakness, this program provides the structure to get you there. More reps, Better quality, Greater capacity!
