Terms of Service
Summer Wilson
Minimum term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Pause notice period is 3 days
You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Summer Wilson. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Summer Wilson for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Summer Wilson from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Summer Wilson involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Summer Wilson, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Summer Wilson
Minimum 12 week commitment
This service requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, which is non-refundable. Payment is required for the entire 12 weeks, regardless of usage. It will the transition to a week-by-week service after the initial 12 weeks. If you do not wish to continue you will need to notify Summer by the 10th week, as a 2-week cancellation notice is required.
Prices subject to change
Prices for services are fixed for the first 12 weeks after your initial purchase. After this period, prices may be adjusted. During the 12-week period, you will be charged the price agreed upon at the start of your service.
Returning client pricing policy
If you choose to leave and return at a later date, you will be subject to the current pricing at the time of your return. Previous rates will not be honored.
Service pause and cancellation policy
Any pause in services longer than two weeks will be treated as a cancellation. If prices increase during this time, you will be required to pay the updated rate upon resuming services
