Initial In-Person Consultation – City Fitness (Approx. 90 minutes)
This one-off session is a great starting point if you’re looking for clear direction, professional guidance, and a solid foundation to build on - whether you’re just getting started or looking to get more out of your current routine. Here’s what we’ll cover:
• Goal & Lifestyle Chat:
A detailed conversation about your goals, training history, motivation, lifestyle, and any injuries, health conditions or limitations to ensure everything is tailored to you.
• Movement & Strength Assessment:
I’ll get you to go through a few basic movements so I can get a good idea of your mobility, strengths, any areas of improvement and what might need a bit more attention.
• Training Sample & Plan Discussion:
You’ll try a few exercises tailored to your current level and goals, just like we would in a regular PT session.
• Plan & Next Steps:
We’ll finish with a chat about what moving forward could look like - whether that’s training together, following a custom program, or simply having more structure and confidence in the gym.
