Welcome! I'm Michaela Webb, a registered nutritionist with a holistic approach to health and wellness. I have a huge passion for food, wellness, and the incredible impact our nutrition and lifestyle can have on our overall well-being.
Through diet and lifestyle changes, I have overcome brain fog, adrenal fatigue, acne, period pain and binge eating. I have healed my relationship with food and feel empowered to help other women elevate their health and build healthy, sustainable lifestyles through a holistic, personalised approach.
My goal is to provide you with nutrition and lifestyle education that will give you the confidence to make decisions that nourish your body and help you to live your best life and feel your best self. I have a holistic approach that encompasses nutrition, physical activity, self-love and mindfulness. I want you to walk away from my coaching feeling confident in all aspects of your health and wellness.
Through my coaching, I help you improve sleep, reduce stress and symptoms of PMS (acne, period pain, tender breasts, mood swings etc), increase energy levels and libido, eliminate cravings and create sustainable healthy habits that will actually last.
