Full liability waiver

You agree to release Coaching By Chris Abela from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Coaching By Chris Abela involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Coaching By Chris Abela, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Coaching By Chris Abela

No Session Refunds

All personal training sessions are strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of the booking process, the value of reserved time slots and the commitment of both client and coach. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

Rescheduling Sessions

Clients may request to reschedule a booked session with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability and trainer discretion. Late rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled session time will be considered a completed session and charged in full. No-shows, including failure to attend a session without prior notice, are not eligible for rescheduling and will be charged at the full session rate. This policy ensures respect for both client time and coach availability, maintaining a fair and professional standard for all appointments.
