Lash Extension Educator, Mentor & Supplier
Minimum term is 8 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 8 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 8 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 1 week
You must give a 1 week notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 1 week notice period must be settled in full.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Shelby Cassar. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Shelby Cassar for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Shelby Cassar from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Shelby Cassar involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Shelby Cassar, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Shelby Cassar
