Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Zero gym. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Zero gym for review.

Full liability waiver

You agree to release Zero gym from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Zero gym involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Zero gym, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Zero gym
