Set up fee includes your 60 minute initial consultation is a comprehensive deep-dive into your health, designed to uncover the patterns, imbalances and root-cause drivers behind how you currently feel, look and perform.
Together we'll explore your gut, hormones, nervous system, energy, metabolism, mindset and lifestyle to understand how your body and mind are functioning as a whole.
What we'll cover:
- Analysing your symptoms, full health history and previous interventions
- Nutrition, training, sleep and lifestyle patterns
- Hormonal health, thyroid, cycle insights, stress load and nervous system function
- Gut health, digestion, energy and metabolic drivers
- Current supplements, medications and what's working and not
- Underlying patterns, root-cause drivers and the priorities we tackle first
