Terms of Service

Minimum term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 4 weeks
You must give a 4 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 4 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Yasmin Ukosich from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Yasmin Ukosich involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
