Elevate Performance Coaching
Strength and Conditioning & Football Coaching
Minimum term is 8 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 8 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 8 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 4 weeks
You must give a 4 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 4 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release Elevate Performance Coaching from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Elevate Performance Coaching involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

$35.00 AUD / week
Agree to terms: 8 wks min term, 4 wks cancellation notice, full liability waiver.
