Minimum term is 3 months

The commitment period for this service is 3 months. If you wish to cancel before the 3 months period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

Non refundable

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Forward Moves. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Forward Moves for review.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Forward Moves, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Forward Moves
