Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Ell Sugden. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Ell Sugden for review.

Information sharing restricted

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Ell Sugden, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Ell Sugden
