Hi! My name is Joanne βΊοΈ
I am a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and post-natal trainer. I work as both a face-to-face and online health and fitness coach. Iβve worked with people face-to-face for over 6 years.
I am a mother of two teenagers with special interest in building healthy bodies through transformations, strength and bodybuilding and the training and nutrition to support this.
I started training in a gym after my 30th birthday and the birth of my son as a way of having some time for myself and prioritising my physical and mental health.
My style of coaching is suited to general population clients, goal-focus to teach you how to live as healthy a life as possible but also enjoy yourself in the process.

Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Jo Holbrook. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Jo Holbrook for review.
